• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 12:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

In case of early departure or late arrival, the hotel will charge 80% of the room rate for the dates which were booked but not used. The reception is always open. If you intend to arrive after 22:00, kindly indicate your exact time of arrival in advance.
