  Beautiful hotel located minutes from the town of Anacapri and about 15 mins. depending on traffic,from downtown Capri. Excellent staff and management.Lunch and dinner although expensive was quite good;the views from the room were spectacular.

  Breakfast was limited by U.S. standards and for a 5 star hotel it was average .

  The most friendly staff and the best service I have had at any hotel I have stayed at. The hotel location, rooms and facilities are amazing.

  Of all the wonderful aspects of the hotel, the most spectacular was the staff catering most sincerely to your every need. We felt pampered the entire visit.

  The hotel had the most amazing views & gardens. I believe that they were the best on the island. The staff was very accomodating & friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.

  Breakfasts were not so good. On one morning the fruit looked way past best. They could use a restaurant that was less high end for the evening meal. Their restaurant was nice, but not necessarily the kind of food you would like to eat every day.

  The stunning views and although it was at the height of the summer season the hotel did not seem crowded. There was always somewhere to sit where we could be on our own.

  The lack of a casual bar menu for lunch time that could be served on the terrace. Just simple things such as bruschetta or basic pasta dishes etc.

  overall exceptional experience. Everything about this hotel is perfect. The location with breathtaking views, is enough to make you not leave the hotel. The staff are friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. Its a 7 star experience.

  The only thing that I required and was not available were excerise weights....hotel was kind enough to offer to bring them from another gym.

  De los mejores hoteles que he visitado, le pedi matrimonio a mi futura esposa y la complicidad con el pesonal del hotel, fue maxima!!! Inolvidable... Las habitaciones deluxe con vistas al mar son espectaculares... Este hotel es todo un 10! El trato muy familiar, todo excelente y si tengo que resaltar algo en especial, l personal!!

  Lokasyon olarak çok güzel bir yerde. Odalar çok keyifli. Doğası çok güzel. Personel eğitimli ve guleryuzlu. Tekrar geldiğimizde Capri'de kalınacak tek otel.

  Il panorama

  Camera poco insonorizzata. Ascensore vecchio.terrazza del pensatoio in posizione stupenda, ottima cucina ma dettagli molto migliorabili es. Musica di sottofondo, illuminazione (luci soffuse ok ma non vedevo quello che avevo nel piatto),coreografia tavolo insufficiente per rapporto qualita'/prezzo.

  Dieses Hotel ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Abgesehen von der wirklich einzigartigen Lage und Aussicht, ist die gesamte Belegschaft so freundlich und zuvorkommend, dass wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Frühstück und Restaurant sind sehr gut. Die weitreichende Anlage ist ein kleines Paradies hoch über dem Meer. Einziger Nachteil - wir mußten nach einer Woche wieder wegfahren.

  Le cadre est magique, la vue splendide. Certainement la plus belle de Capri. Les chambres côté mer sont très calmes, il n' a aucune nuisance sonore. L'accueil est chaleureux et le service impeccable. Personnel attentionné mais pas pesant. Pour tout cela c'est un lieu idyllique. Et on y retournera.

  Ce n'est pas que nous n'ayons pas apprécié les choses suivantes, mais simplement cela n'est pas en phase avec le lieu: connexion internet très difficile et très instable . Il suffirait de rajouter des relais WiFi. Il manque quelques attentions particulières au niveau des chambres pour que l'on se sente comme chez soi.... Quelques fruits, une confiserie, une bouilloire et un assortiment de thé et café, pour qu'on puisse avoir une vrai intimité en rentrant dans sa chambre, sans avoir besoin d'appeler la réception parce qu'on a envie de manger des fraises, de grignoter des mignardises en buvant un café sur sa terrasse. Comme dans un endroit 5 étoiles. Mais le défaut majeur, reste l'insuffisance du niveau de la restauration. Même des choses simples (une salade., Des pates, un rizotto ou une grillade,.... ) c'est sans gout, et sans qualité. Ne parlons même pas des desserts, il n'y a quasiement pas d'offre ni de recherche. Pas de mise en bouche... Restauration plus que basique (mais avec un tarif 5 étoiles). Le Caesar Auguste devrait s'inspirer de ce que fait et propose le restaurant l'Olivo du Capri Palace. Finalement ce n'est pas plus cher et incomparable au niveau du service, des attentions, de la qualité et de la recherche des mets et de l'accord des vins. Le Capri Palace n'a pas la magie du lieu du Caesar Auguste mais il a un restaurant d'une très haute tenue et qui nous a fait dire: il faut dormir au Caesar Auguste et manger à l'Olivo. Sinon, sans aller jusqu'à ce niveau de gastronomie, le Caesar Auguste peut prendre exemple sur bien des lieux de Capri, (où l'on mange fort bien un peu partout), et comparativement à des prix beaucoup plus raisonnables que les leurs. Pour être l'adresse inoubliable qu'il devrait être, le Caesar Auguste doit absolument monter en gamme au niveau de la qualité de sa restauration et de la qualité des produits utilisés y compris pour les petits déjeuners.
