Each apartment is modern and comfortable and has a private balcony and its own parking space. Your apartment is complete with a kitchenette, and towels and bed linen are included. There is a convenient depot for mountain bikes and windsurf equipment.

During your stay at the Spiaggia Residence you have free access to the facilities at a partner hotel, just 200 metres away. You can relax at their swimming pool, enjoy a drink at the bar, and dine at the restaurant with a beautiful lake view.

Please note that the residence is only available for long stays.

• Deposit: A fixed amount of EUR 100.00 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.
• Internet: No internet access available.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.
• Extra Charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

Spiaggia Residence, Riva del Garda - Important Information

Final cleaning of the apartment is included in the price. Guests are required to wash all dishes and take out the rubbish. A daily-cleaning service and laundry are available at an additional cost. In case of early departure the hotel will charge the full reservation amount.
