The 2-storey Residence Club Saint Loup is situated on 4 hectares of naturally preserved green space with ponds and lakes, 800 metres from the harbour and beaches in Cap D'agde.

Residence Saint Loup offers spacious studio, 2 or 3-room apartments that are well-equipped with modern en suite facilities including a complete kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric hotplate) and a furnished terrace or balcony.

At your disposal are an outdoor heated swimming pool (open from April to the end of October), a restaurant and bar, a children's playground, a small supermarket and a closed private car park.

Saint Loup also features a children's activity club for children between 4 and 11 years age from mid-March to the end of August. Entertainment for teenagers from 12 to 15 years of age is also available during July and August.

Bed and bathroom linen can be provided at an additional cost. The bed linen set includes sheets and pillowcase and the bathroom linen set includes terrycloth towels and bath sheets.

End of stay cleaning and TV are not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end of stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving.

Reservations can be made only from Saturday to Saturday.

• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per stay for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Security deposit: A EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out following a room inventory. City tax is payable at the residence.
