Situated between Montpellier and Narbonne, the Residence Terrasses De Richelieu is located in Cap d'Agde, a dynamic resort town in the Languedoc region that has 14 kilometres of sandy beaches.

The complex is composed of 3 residences and situated near Aqualand Park and the Richelieu beach.

Terrasses De Richelieu features 2-room apartments that can accommodate 4 to 6 people. All of them are well-equipped with modern en suite facilities including a complete kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric hotplate) and small garden, a furnished terrace or balcony.

The residence also has an outdoor swimming pool (open from mid-June to September) and an outdoor car park (fee required). Plenty of shops can be found just 300 metres from the complex.

Bed and bathroom linen can be provided at an additional cost. The bed linen set includes sheets and pillowcase and the bathroom linen set includes terrycloth towels and bath sheets.

End of stay cleaning and TV are not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end of stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving.

Reservations can be made only from Saturday to Saturday.

• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Security deposit: A EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out following a room inventory. City tax is payable at the residence.
