• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 61 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 34 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
