• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. One child under 6 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. One child from 7 to 14 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One child from 15 to 17 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Please note: When arriving by car, follow the yellow signposts to "Ausfahrt Hellengerst" as you approach Hellengerst. Enter the first car park you come to after the exit for Waltenhofen (or after the exit for Weitnau if coming from that direction). At the end of this car park you find the exit for Hellengerst.
