At an altitude of 2100m, in the Val Claret area, the Residences are near the funicular, which takes you up to the Grande Motte glacier in just a few minutes. Shops and facilities are betwen 50 and 200 m away.

The apartments, from the studio apartment for 4 pers to the 2-roomed apartment with cabine for 6 pers, are all fully equipped with kitchenette, bathroom and separate toilet (except in the studios) and television with supplement.

Bed and bathroom linen can be provided in the apartment at an additional cost: bed linen set includes sheets and pillowcase whereas bathroom linen set includes terry towel and bath sheets. End of stay cleaning and television are not included in the price (fee required). Before leaving, guests must either clean the whole apartment or choose – on request, at an additional cost - the end of stay cleaning service.
