On the outskirts, there are several well-known golf courses of the Costa del Sol and in Puerto de la Duquesa we can enjoy the bar and restaurant nightlife.

• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Internet via modem is available in the business centre and costs EUR 1.50 per hour.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 10.00 per day.
• Extra Charges: 7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children from 0 to 3 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night for cots. All children from 0 to 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 9 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

You will be required to pay EUR 100 deposit against possible damages to the apartment incurred during your stay. Water, electricity, air conditioning, central heating and cleaning are all included in the price. The Hotel doesn't accept American Express like a payment method.
