This beautiful residence is nestled between the Lauzière Mountains and the Cheval Noir Massif and features spacious and functional 2, 3 and 4-room apartments with balconies. They are equipped with modern en suite facilities including a complete kitchenette (fridge, dish-washer, oven and hotplate).

Whether travelling with family or friends, the Bellevue provides high-quality accommodation for your next mountain getaway.

Mountain and outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the surrounding area that provides for plenty of activities all year round such as skiing, mountain biking, hiking and climbing.

If you are driving to the village, the residence offers a free outdoor car park. For your practical needs, the local shops and tourist information are just 50 metres from Bellevue.

Bed and bath linen can be provided at an additional cost. The bed linen set includes sheets and pillowcase and the bath linen set includes both large and small terrycloth towels.

End of stay cleaning and TV are not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end of stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving.

A laundrette is also available on site at an additional charge.

• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per stay for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Bellevue - Important Information

Security deposit: A EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out following a room inventory. City tax is payable at the residence.
