All of the spacious bedrooms have en suite facilities and are totally non-smoking. They are decorated to an excellent standard, including quality beds and furnishings. Breakfast and dinner includes specials and homemade items, always using high-quality ingredients and fresh local produce.

• Deposit: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

• Extra Charges: 15 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged GBP 2.50 per night and person for cots. All children from 2 to 10 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. All children from 11 to 15 years are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Reservations The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years of age. The accomodation may be used only by the person listed on the reservation form. More persons may be added with our agreement provided the capacity of the accomodation is not exceeded. Please note that your balance is payable on arrival. Debit and Credit cards are accepted, with the exception of American Express and Diners Card. Towels Towels are provided in all rooms but please bring your own towels for beach and swimming pool use. We strongly recommend that you take out suitable insurance cover. Arrival Accomodation is normally available from 2:00pm and it helps us if you can indicate your expected time of arrival.
