• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.

Keys for the apartment should be collected from the office at Avenida de Grecia, 20-26, L'Estartit. Guests who anticipate arriving outside of office hours must call the property directly in advance; contact details appear on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit in the form of a credit card pre-authorisation will be made at check-in. This payment will be cancelled once the condition of the apartment has been checked. Towels and tea towels are not supplied. A towel set is available at an additional cost.
