Residence Le Neptune sits directly on the beach in a beautiful seaside resort at the foot of La Clape Mountain. This areas unspoilt coastline makes it an ideal Mediterranean destination.

Overlooking the sea, the studios and 2 and 3-room apartments are spacious and comfortable and provide a functional living space for your stay.

All apartments are equipped with modern en suite facilities including air-conditioning and a complete kitchenette (fridge, oven and electric hotplate), free TV and a terrace or balcony.

The residence also has a restaurant and snack-bar/ice cream kiosk, a large ground-floor terrace and a free public car park or fee-paying hotel car park (with limited number of places).

Guests can also profit from a free mini-bus service for the nearby cable car.

Bed and bathroom linen can be provided at an additional cost. The bed linen set includes sheets and pillowcase and the bathroom linen set includes terrycloth towels and bath sheets.

End of stay cleaning is not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end of stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving.

• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Security deposit: A EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out following a room inventory. City tax is payable at the residence.
