The summer highlight is the private beach on Lake Zell, while in winter the hotel is located directly on the slopes, near the cable car, and close to the ski lifts for beginners.

The spa centre features a heated pool with jacuzzi beds, an indoor pool, a baby pool, a Finnish sauna with relaxation zone, a solarium, and a massage and beauty studio.

Full-board is included in the price and comprises a welcome cocktail, a rich and healthy breakfast buffet, a lunchtime snack buffet, afternoon snacks, and a 5-course dinner. A themed buffet, a fondue evening, and a gala dinner (without children) are hosted weekly. Non-alcoholic drinks and mineral water throughout the day are also included in the price.

For children the Amiamo offers a separate lunch together with their playmates, dinner at the kids' table, and a buffet for babies and small children. The ice-cream buffet is available after lunch and dinner for young and old alike.

• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
