• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All guests staying over the New Year's Eve period (28th-31st December 2009) are required to leave a safety deposit upon check-in. This deposit will be returned in full at check-out if there is no damage to the accommodation.
