The Centre is positioned at the bottom of the picturesque Montsenys Nature Reserve and has been built from wood originating from the Artic Circle. The Centre prides itself on using renewable and solar energy.

The Centre offers you comfortable, relaxing accommodation to unwind in whilst you take advantage of the treatments available to you, such as quiromassage, reflexology, zero balancing and zen shiatzu.

You could also take advantage and participate in one of the therapeutic courses that the centre runs. Courses aimed at people who wish to improve the balance and quality of their life.

At the Centre you will you are welcome to join one of our sessions like Yoga, Pilate and Group Therapy. The sessions take place Monday to Friday, you should request participation at the time of booking, subject to availability.
