Situated on the south slope of the Slavkovský Forest Nature Reserve it is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel to local restaurants, shops, the casino and the town centre. This romantic Art Nouveau building dating back to the 18th century was converted into a stylish spa hotel in 2007. Accommodating no more than 25 guests at a time, we are able to offer exclusive hotel and spa stays with an individual approach.

The SwissHouse continues the rich tradition of spa care in Marianske Lazne, and strives to integrate the unique natural medicinal resources consisting of medicinal springs, unique natural gas CO2 and natural peat mud, with a careful selection alternative therapies.

• Parking: Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 4.00 per day.
• Extra Charges: 9 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
