From Mondays to Fridays the hotel restaurant is open for lunch between 12:00 and 14:00, and for dinner between 18:30 and 21:30. On Saturdays it is only open from 18:30 until 21:30. The restaurant is closed all day on Sundays and public holidays. However from March until October, traditional Franconian cuisine is served on Sundays.

From Munich or Heilbronn: When approaching from the Nürnberg Süd A73 motorway junction, head towards Fürth and exit at Gebersdorf/Großreuth. Take a right-hand turn and then go left into the Alte Wallensteinstraße at the 2nd set of traffic lights, and then right again into the Winterstraße. Follow the signs for the 500 metres until you reach the hotel. From Frankfurt, Würzburg or Bamberg: From the Erlangen junction on the A73 motorway, take the Westring exit, turn right on to the Westring and then right ahead at the 3rd set of traffic lights. Turn right once more on the 3rd set of traffic lights after that towards the Alte Wallensteinstraße, and then turn right once more into the Winterstraße, following the signs for 500 metres until you reach the hotel. From Berlin (on the A9 motorway): Turn off at the Nürnberg Ost motorway junction in to the A6 motorway towards Heilbronn. Then again take the Nürnberg Süd A73 motorway junction, head towards Fürth and exit at Gebersdorf/Großreuth. Take a right-hand turn and then go left into the Alte Wallensteinstraße at the 2nd set of traffic lights, and then right again into the Winterstraße. Follow the signs for the 500 metres until you reach the hotel. From Nuremberg main station: Take the U2 underground train towards Röthenbach. Get off at the Rothenburger Straße stop and change to bus number 69. Get off at the Großreuth/Schweinau stop, and follow the signs for the hotel in the Alte Wallensteinstraße. The hotel is a 5-minute walk away.
