There are also daily stretch and body shaping classes. Paradise Island also has a stunning heated swimming pool with a spectacular waterfall feature and a jacuzzi.

For children there is a Kids' Club supervised by qualified personnel, where games and activities are organised, such as treasure hunts, crafts, face painting, and costume parties, where kids create their own disguises, etc. A tennis court, games room, and playground is also available.

Soleil Bar is a lounge bar located by the lobby, offering a wide range of local and imported drinks, as well as cocktails, accompanied by sports, quiz nights and karaoke.

By Car (from Lanzarote's Arrecife Airport): The hotel is approximately 15 km from Arrecife Airport. - From the airport, head towards Arrecife and keep on the dual carriageway for about 3 km. - Keep following signs for Circunvalacion. - Then take the left turn, following signs for Lanzarote Oeste / Norte. - Stay on this road and take the 3rd left to Costa Teguise. - Once on the dual carriageway towards the town of Costa Teguise, pass the Barceló Suites on the right and the Playa Verde Hotel (also on the right). - Then go straight across the small roundabout, and just after the roundabout, take the right fork. - Across the next roundabout, take the first left, signposted Gran Hotel Melia Salinas, and continue on this road for approx 1 km until you see the Sands Beach Resort on the right.
