• Deposit: 35 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.

• Extra Charges: 5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. One older child or adult is charged 25 % of the room stay per night in an extra bed. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, 2 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
