Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, by the Montseny mountain range, the hotel is an old converted farmhouse that still preserves much of its original charm.

The house itself is actually the oldest house in Gualba and was first restored at the end of the 18th century and to this day still retains much of its original structure. Its excellent location at the foot of the Montseny mountain range and next to the nature reserve means you can enjoy a few days enjoying and exploring the peaceful surroundings and villages and yet is just 50 km from Barcelona and Girona.

The hotel's comfortable reading room (the old kitchen) provides a peaceful spot to sit back with a good book or simply admire hotel's picturesque surroundings. In winter you can lounge in front of the wood burning fire and in the summer sit out on the porch.
