Newly constructed, they are modern and equipped apartments situated right in the old centre of L'Escala.

Please note that the apartments do not have an on-site reception. Keys must be collected from the address indicated in the Important Information section.

One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 5 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.

Keys for the apartments should be collected from the office at Carrer del Port, 21, L'Escala. Guests who anticipate arriving outside of office hours should contact the property directly in advance using the number which appears on the Booking Confirmation A breakage deposit of EUR 150 is payable at check-in. This deposit is returned at check-out once the condition of the room has been checked. Check-in is available between 17.00 and 19.00 on the day of arrival. Only the number of guests booked may occupy the apartment. Check-out takes place at 10.00. Towels and sea towels are not supplied. A towel set is available at an additional cost. In the case of late arrival, the apartments will be kept for a maximum of 48 hours after the original check-in time. No reduction in the original cost will be made.
