The Clare Inn is situated on the Dromoland estate, surrounded by naturally beautiful countryside and wildlife. After a long day spent exploring all that the area has to offer, you can relax in the luxury sun lounge and watch the unparalleled golden beauty of the setting sun.
There are superb leisure facilities at the Kingfisher Aqua & Fitness Club, which features a fully-equipped gym, an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a steam room. The hotel's on-site facilities include an 18-hole pitch-and-putt course, a crazy golf course and tennis courts to keep the kids entertained.
For the golfing enthusiast the hotel is in a great location for sampling some of the best golf courses in the Shannon region. Guests are entitled to preferential green fees at the magnificent Dromoland golf course on which the hotel is situated. There are also the Wood Stock and Ennis golf courses in nearby Ennis and Shannon golf courses in Shannon. Alternatively, you can watch how the pros do it on Sky Sports over a drink in Poachers Bar.
