Enjoy the pleasant climate of the Costa de Valencia, away from the tourist centres, whilst only 10 km from the Mediterranean coast.
The finca is surrounded by a natural garden with tall shady pines, a swimming pool and lounge areas both in the sun and the shadow.

Only a 15 minutes car ride separates you from the long and well maintained sandy beaches stretching from Gandía to Oliva. Discover for a change the historic mainland and enjoy the colourful palette of the fertile landscape of La Safor and the Albaida Valley. Leisure: jogging and hiking on marked walking tracks that run by the house, like the PRV-100 leading to the nature reserve mountain area and the new GR-236, a middle age pilgrimage road called “Ruta de los Monasterios”, starting in the neighbouring village Alfauir and finishing in Alzira, close to Valencia. Cycling and Nordic Walking (rental of material). Climbing, horse riding, golf and other activities in the proximity.
