This family-run hotel is nestled in the village of Dunfanaghy, at the base of Horn Head in the dramatic reaches of North Donegal.

Arnold's Hotel is noted for its warm welcome, good food and friendly Irish atmosphere. The headlands of north-west Donegal are famous for scenic mountains, deep glens and towering sea cliffs over the Atlantic Ocean. Arnold's is the perfect base to explore this splendid part of Ireland. The area is awash with colour and texture, from Muckish Mountain brushed with wind and weather, to the 3 local brown trout fishing lakes of Purt, Sessiagh and New Lake, the natural habitat of swans, duck and other wild fowl that frequent the lakes during the year. Here is the place to unwind and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the scenic landscape of Sheephaven Bay.

Nearby Ards Forest Park, situated in the Ards Peninsula, has miles of walks through beautiful mature trees, miles of sandy beaches, flora and fauna. The recipient of an RAC 2 Ribbon Award, Arnold's also offers access to lake and deep-sea angling, as well as reduced green fees on Dunfanaghy's 18 hole golf links. All rooms are en suite and fitted to a high standard. A number of the bedrooms enjoy the panoramic views of the Bay and Horn Head, whilst others enjoy the changing scenes in the mature gardens.
