We started in 1995 restoring an old building in the centre of Mundaka, catalogued as a place of artistic interest. Since then, we have been aiming to offer a pleasant stay in one of the most beautiful places in the Basque Country: The Biosphere Natural Reserve of Urdaibai.
We do care about the environment and because of that we have reduced to a minimum the use of contaminating chemical products, recycling almost all the residues of the hotel and wisely using important resources such as water and light.

• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One child from 3 to 10 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged EUR 23.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
