Le Royal - Hotel Description

Situated in a peaceful setting 200 metres from an 18-hole golf-course, Le Royal offers well-equipped apartments and studios ideal for short stays. Enjoy access to a heated indoor swimming pool.

All the accommodation at Le Royal features a kitchenette with hot plates, a microwave and a dishwasher. They also boast a private balcony or terrace.

Guests at Le Royal can benefit from access to the residence's fitness room and sauna at an additional cost.

An Odalys representative at the residence will be happy to advise you on tourist attractions in the area. Le Royal is located in the south of the Alsace region, within easy reach of Basle and Mulhouse.

A free children's activity club is available in July and August for children aged 4 to 11.

Bed and bathroom linen can be provided at an additional cost. The bed linen set includes sheets and pillowcases. The bathroom linen set includes terry cloths and towels.

End-of-stay cleaning and TV are not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end-of-stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving.

• Extra Charges: 5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 25.00 per stay in a baby cot. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Le Royal - Important Information

Security deposit: A EUR 300 deposit must be paid at the time of check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out following a room inventory. City tax is payable at the residence.
