As a tourist resort, Nerja offers a wide array of activities, such as diving, snorkelling, water sports, tennis, horse riding as well as day trips, guided tours, 4x4 trips to the Almijara mountain range and golf. Nerja also offers a range of bars and restaurants where you can sample good local food and tapas accompanied by a ‘caña’ (small lager). It is also the home to the Balcon de Europa (a viewpoint which gives stunning views across the sea).
