• Deposit: No deposit will be charged.
• Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 10.00 per hour.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Parking: No parking available.
• Extra Charges: 7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 24.61 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Special San Fermine Policies: For reservations between 4 and 14 July, the hotel will charge a non-refundable one night deposit at the time of booking. For the dates 6 and 7 July the whole stay (non-refundable) will be charged at the time of booking.
