• Deposit: 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.

• Parking: No parking available.
• Extra Charges: 7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Once you have made the reservation, the establishment will contact you by email to arrange a meeting place and time for your arrival. Please ensure the email address provided during the booking process is correct. Upon arrival, the remaining 50 % is required, along with a EUR 200 refundable cash deposit. Parties and loud music are not permitted in the apartments. The management reserve the right to end the reservation of any guests owing to complaints on these grounds. No compensation will be offered in these cases. Bookings of more than one apartment may not be made without the prior approval of Barcelonaguest management.
