• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Arriving by car: - The hotel is located in the heart of Blankenburg, which lies on the A6 motorway (if you are coming from the direction of Halle) and the B81 (if you are coming from the direction of Magdeburg) - Coming from Braunlage, follow the signposts to Blankenburg - Parking spaces are available in our private garage, which has a lift enabling access to the hotel Arriving by rail: - Coming from the direction of Magdeburg, travel to Blankenburg via Halberstadt. On request we would be happy to pick you up from the railway stations at Wernigerode or Halberstadt.
