Hotel and à la carte restaurant Gute Stube, with a capacity of up to 200 persons, combines country-like solidity with the region's charm (Münsterland). The menu includes dishes of bourgeois cuisine as well as specialities according to season. The daily changing menu creates a variety for lunch and dinner. Restaurant Festscheune is the village's traditional meeting point. It has a capacity of up to 850 people and can be divided into separate rooms. Events and menus vary according to the season. Popular oldies and hits create a good atmosphere. Regular events include dancing on Fridays and Saturdays and brunch on Sundays.

Coming from the direction of Frankfurt: - Take the A3 motorway in the direction of Köln/Oberhausen - At the Autobahnkreuz (motorway interchange) Oberhausen change onto the A2 in the direction of Hanover - At the Autobahnkreuz Bottrop change onto the A31 in the direction of Emden and then take the exit at Ahaus/Legden Coming from the direction of Bremen/Osnabrück: - Take the A30 motorway in the direction of Rheine and exit at Rheine Nord - Continue on the B70 towards Neunkirchen/Wettringen/Metelen/Schöppingen - At the stop sign continue straight, then turn left towards Legden OR - Take the A1 in the direction of Münster and at the Autobahnkreuz Münster Süd change onto the A43 towards Dülmen and take the exit towards Dülmen/Coesfeld Coming from the direction of Hanover/Bielefeld: - Take the A2 motorway in the direction of Oberhausen/Duisburg and at the Autobahnkreuz Bottrop change onto the A31 in the direction of Emden until the exit Ahaus/Legden
