Hans-Georg and Karl-Heinz Kaufmann and their kitchen team introduce you to the culinary world of the Allgäu region and the Bavarian hinterland. "Regional but still creative with internation blends", so the motto of our chef. And this is exactly what he creates, always using products from local farmers or game from local hunting grounds. A very special experience is a romantic candlelight dinner for two in our "Romantik Restaurant" with wood-paneled walls.
