• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

By car: - Take the A1 coming from Hamburg or Dortmund: - At the motorway crossing Lotte / Osnabrück turn onto the A30 towards Hanover - Continue to the junction Osnabrück Süd, then turn onto the A33 towards Diepholz - At the traffic lights at the end of the motorway turn left onto Bremer Strasse. Drive about 2 km towards the centre of Osnabrück. The hotel is located on the left-hand side. Coming from the A30 Hanover or Rheine / Amsterdam: - At the motorway junction Osnabrück-Süd take the A33 towards Diepholz. Then continue as above. By plane: The airport Münster / Osnabrück is located 40 km from the hotel. We can arrange a shuttle service by prior arrangement.* By rail: The railway station is 2.5 km from the hotel. You can reach the hotel in about 5 minutes by taxi. By bus: Take the bus number 7 towards Belm and exit at the stop Gartlager Weg which is 50 metres from the hotel. Buses run every 10 minutes. *We offer a shuttle service that can pick you up from the airport at an additional cost. The person who will pick you up will wait with a sign stating your name. Please make your reservation at least 24 hours in advance via Reception.
