Arriving by car: Follow the A3 and take exit number 40. Travel towards the town centre ("Zentrum") and then follow the brown signposts to Schloss Montabaur. Several services run daily from cities such as Frank­furt (and from Frankfurt Airport), Cologne (and from the Cologne-Bonn Airport), Düsseldorf, Wiesbaden, Mainz, Heidelberg and Stuttgart.
