Since 1905, the family-run Hotel Graupner has spoilt its guests with delicious cakes, gateaux, and other sweet delights near Bamberg's charming pedestrian area.

Make yourself comfortable in the Graupner's cosily furnished, traditional rooms with en-suite facilities. Wi-Fi internet access is available in the hotel's communal areas for a modest surcharge.

The confectionery - café has been well-known since over one century. 1968 it was expanded to an hotel. The furniture reflects the 1000 year old baroque city and makes your staying not only comfortable but unforgettable.
