Appart'City Nantes Sanitat - Hotel description

Located in the centre of Nantes, this Appart’city residence is 50 metres from the Notre-Dame de Bon-Port Cathedral. It offers apartments with a kitchen, coffee maker and satellite TV.

With a living room and sofa-bed, the apartments can accommodate 2 or 3 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, hob and bed linen is provided.

The Appart ‘city Nantes Sanitat residence provides a full buffet breakfast, which guests can enjoy on the terrace.

  Reception is not open after 7 pm I have been given a room in a floor in which there were work on progress on the floor (paintings, powder, dirtyness). I have been given a userID and password which were slightly different from the website, and lost one day of paid internet (no possibility to ask the receptionist after 7 pm).

  Nobody bothers you, plus you have somewhere to cook & It's very close to a tram stop & la machines.

  The room is too small,last year we stayed at appart city Carcassonne we had the bigger room it. It makes a big difference half of the bed is a camp bed, the bathroom is so cramped & it gets noisy around the hotel when you're sitting in the room with the window open it would be nice if there was air con.

  Having a working kitchen car parking and ease of service and helpful staff

  The location was great especially because we wanted to visit The Machines, which was so close. Apartment was so close to everything else to when visiting Nantes. Enjoyed the trip and would come back.

  There wasnt anything I didnt like about the hotel. The only thing we found difficult (not being from France) we couldnt find the hotel on Garmin gps but found it using other methods. I would like to see a kettle in the room, makes for making tea and coffee a lot easier than using a pot!

  We took a taxi from the station, otherwise it may have been difficult to find, but it's location was very close to the centre, without being caught up in one way streets and pedestrian zones. The cooking and eating facilities would have been very useful if our stay had been longer, from an economy point of view. The staff were helpful. the room was fairly basic, but adequate, the shower good, the value for a city hotel was terrific.

  Good location for the machines de l'lle.

  Room wasn't quite as nice as the pictures and seemed a bit musty, we left the windows open for a while and it was fine though.

  Convenient location near tramway. Good kitchen facilities.

  Cramped 'apartment', hardly room to move around the furniture. Poor mattress.

  Good place for a long stay. The tram stop is nearby. All major attractions are in walking distance. The staff are friendly. The breakfast is good. Internet connection is ok. Streaming of videos stops sometimes and you need to manually restart them. The kitchen is furnished with microwave and some good cutlery. The toilets and shower looks clean. The bedroom is quite sufficient.

  The bed is a rolled out couch. Maximum two persons can stay not more. They dont clean the appartment every week. I stayed there for three weeks and it was cleaned only once. That cleaning does not include kitchen cleaning. The room smells when you enter ( possibly because of the previous tenant using cigars)... The only bad thing is that they dont clean the rooms properly...

  L'accueil

  Rien a dire si ce n'est que la presence de carrelage dans le parking déjà étroit ne confère pas une facilité de déplacement. De plus les lavabos Porcher laissent imaginer que l'installation n'est pas récente alors que fais ce carrelage en palettes dans le parking ?

  Vous êtes vraiment comme chez vous. Comme si vous aviez un appartement à vous près du centre ville. Très bon rapport qualité /prix

  Le lit qui était également le canapé convertible grinçait un peu donc à chaque fois que l'on bougeait on se réveillait l'un l'autre!

  la situation géographique

  Propreté limite, couchage inconfortable (lit repliable), très petit : replier le lit pour mettre la table, odeurs désagréables (draps, cigarette). Poubelles à descendre soi-même...

  Très bonne localisation de l'hôtel Site assez calme.

  A mon arrivée, la vaisselle rangée dans le placard n'était pas essuyée, et je n'avais aucun torchon de vaisselle.Les serviettes de toilette ne sont pas changées chaque jour. Sac poubelle trop petit pour la poubelle, cette dernière n'est d'ailleurs pas vidée ( sur 3 jours..) Les horaires de présence de l'accueil sont insuffisants, qui appeler si l'on a un soucis? Chambre très exiguë.pour manger à table il faut replier le lit... Moquette au sol qui laisse des odeurs...

  Ce fut un calvaire de bout en bout Hotel situé au fond d'un impasse sordide porte de la chambre delabrée saleté remarquable le couchage etait une canapé lit ouvert impossible de tournerr autour du lit lumière tres insuffisante salle de bain avec option "moisissure" Personnel de mauvaise foi qd j'ai protesté de l'etat de la chambre pour 89 e sans petit dejeuner a eviter absolument

  Bonne situation accueil sympathique mais les horaires (fermeture à 19h) sont un peu "légers". Il y a cependant une solution pour ceux qui arrivent tard. Compte tenu du prix obtenu via booking.com c'est un excellent rapport qualité prix et un emplacement remarquable dans Nantes.

  Un seul regret l'odeur de tabac vraiment tenace dans la chambre.

  Merci 1000 fois au 2 demoiselles de la reception du mercredi soir elles ont trouve la solution à un probleme de resa (ma faute) et ns ont permis de sejourner chez vous .merci encore ........(qualité prix au top)

  la vaiselle etait sale nous avons du tout relaver. Il y avait des travaux et nous avons ete reveillé samedi matin à 8h30 par des bruits de perceuse...

  Proximité toutes commodités (1 min du tram, 10 min à pied du centre, proximité gare en tram ou à pied); Accueil sympa

  Travaux en cours dans l'hôtel d'où bruits de perceuse dès 8h le matin du lundi au samedi; confort lit minimal (lit cigogne) et disposition chambre une fois le lit déplié laissant peu de place.

  Nos costó 100 euros por día y tenía cocina, con lo que nuestro viaje en Nantes nos salió más barato porque pudimos hacernops la comida.

  El sofá es sofá cama y además puede utilizarse como dos camas, el sofá propiamente dicho y la cama que incluye, pero como sofá para sentarte y descansar no es cómodo.
