This family-run guesthouse enjoys a tranquil location on a south-facing slope and is surrounded by forests and meadows. The town centre with its spa gardens, museums and shops can be reached comfortably on foot while a wonderful hiking and skiing area awaits right outside our door.

It is located one hour from Basel and is near the border triangle between Germany, Switzerland and France.

Throughout the year, our welcoming guesthouse and cosy rooms provide you with a lovely "home from home" within the Black Forest area, and also make the ideal base for excursions to Freiburg, Basel, Zürich and Strasbourg.

This historic, renovated Black Forest house originates from the 18th century. Its rustic, homelike communal areas with tiled stove invite you to linger and relax in pleasant company.

• Cancellations: If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
