• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged CHF 80.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Arrival from the airport: - Take the bus line 10 in direction Onex-Cité until the station Servatte. - Then it is a 100-metre walk straight to the NH Rex. Arrival from the main station Gare Cornavin: - Take the bus line 3 in direction Gardiol or the bus line 9 in direction Chern/Gare Zimeysa or the bus line 29 in direction Meyrin and exit at Serviette. - 100-metre walk
