With its wooden frontage, the renovated residence is located in the district of Chamonix Sud, 300 metres from the Aiguille du Midi cable car and 5 minutes from the resort centre.

Ideal for skiers, the residence is a bus ride from the slopes, and not far from the bars and restaurants for evening entertainment. This typical resort is famous for its liveliness and for its its splendid setting.

Many services are offered on-site (fee required).

For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights check-in is possible from 11:00 and check-out service until 18:00. Flat-screen TV, made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service are included in these short stay rates.

Guests can also choose the Baby Kit that must be purchased online before arrival. It will provide the apartment with a folding baby cot with 1 sheet and a highchair.

A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after the condition of the apartment has been checked. In the case of arrival outside of check-in hours, please notify the residence in advance.
