• Extra Charges: 10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children from 6 to 12 years are charged EUR 28.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. All children from 13 to 14 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 4.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
