All guests should collect their keys from the Valmanga office located on Calle Gran Via (Km 8, Exit 80, Urbanización Hawaii V). Reception is open from 10:00 until 14:00 and from 16:00 until 19:00, Monday to Friday only. Guests wishing to check in outside of the check-in hours should contact the property directly prior to travel (contact details appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site)
