This new residence is located only a few minutes away from the heart of Les Orres ski-resort and offers the luxury of direct access to the pistes.

This comfortable residence features 171 spacious and cosy apartments and its location is ideal for enjoying all that Orres has to offer, whatever the season.
There are 80 kilometres of ski runs accessible to all at this ski-resort located right outside the Parc National des Ecrins and overlooking Serre-Ponçon Lake.

The hotel benefits from a privileged location and offers a wide range of summer and winter activities.

Damage Deposit: A refundable deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be refunded on departure only if: - the apartment and its belongings have not been damaged; - you have done the cleaning at the end of your stay.

Minimum stay is 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday (possibly exceptions).

• Parking: Private parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.
• Extra Charges: 5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.
• Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per stay for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Arrival: Reception is only open between 16:00 and 20:00, so if you are going to arrive later than this, please call the hotel to arrange an appropriate time. For short stays, bed linen, television and cleaning of the apartment can be booked directly on-site at an additional cost.
