Poggio Degli Olivi produces top quality extra virgin olive oil following a traditional method and using olives picked right from the hotel's onsite groves. Guests may purchase the hotel's products as well as visit the farm, including the enclosures where Cinta Senese swine are bred to produce unmistakable pork products.
