This cosy hotel is situated only 100 metres from a picturesque lake, 400 metres from the Virgilio Thermal Centre and in the immediate vicinity of Lugana beach and port.

Awake each morning to charming views of the lake, the garden, the swimming pool or the canal from most of the rooms' balconies.

Due to its strategic position, the hotel offers easy access to art-towns like Verona, Mantova and Brescia, as well as the entertainment park of Gardaland. Moreover, the old town centre can be reached on foot by taking a pleasant walk along the lake (3 km).

When you are not exploring, you can relax in the hotel's swimming pool for adults and children, play ping-pong or make use of the hotel's bikes. Alternatively, linger over a meal of local specialities and fine wines in the lake-side restaurant Al Braciere.

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

By Car: From the A4 motorway: - Exit at Sirmione and turn right at the roundabout towards Sirmione. - After 1.5 km, you will reach another roundabout close to some vineyards, where you should turn right and take Via Pratopino. - After 800 metres, at the crossing, turn left and take Via San Martino della Battaglia. - Continue straight on passing over the flyover and heading towards Lugana. - After approximately 3 km, you will find the hotel on the left-hand side of the street, before the roundabout with the SP11.
