If spending the entire day at the beach is on your agenda, then the Jedro is a perfect place for a meal. Be sure also to visit some of Porec's restaurants, which offer typical Istrian specialties. Try the Istrian minestrone, a thick vegetable soup made with pork bones, together with corn, beans or pasta. The terrace of the hotel restaurant was renovated in 2007. Breakfast: 07:00- 10:00. Dinner: 19:00- 21:00.
