Located in a private garden full of palm trees and tangerine trees, in the heart of the quiet residential district of Fabron, the 3-floor residence is situated 500 metres from the shops and 800 metres from the beach.

It provides renovated air-conditioned apartments, only 4km away from Nice's old harbour and about 6 km away from the airport. The residence boasts a great location to discover Nice and the surrounding area.

Apartment rates include flat-screen TV. For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights, the apartment rates include made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service.

Check-in is possible from 11:00 and check-out service is until 18:00.

Guests can also choose the Baby Kit that must be purchased online before arrival. It will provide the apartment with a folding baby cot with 1 sheet and a highchair.

DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. From 15 November 2008 to 04 April 2009 the residence reception is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 and Sunday from 10:00 to 12:00. Reception is closed on Sunday afternoon. From 04 April 2009 to 14 November 2009 the hotel reception is open Sunday through Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 and Saturday from 08:00 to 20:00.
