Enjoy the marvellous terraced bar, restaurant and pizzeria on Lake Lugano, open 360 days a year, which is easily accessible for disabled guests (lake-side entrance). The bar is open from 09:00 to 23:30. Snacks and sweets are also available. The restaurant is open from 11:30 to 14:00 and 18:30 to 21:30, and has a large choice of dishes. The Pizzeria is open from 11:30 to 14:00 and 18:30 to 22:30. It is closed on Tuesdays. A rich breakfast buffet is served daily from 06:30 ( 07:30 on Sundays) to 10:00 in the terraced restaurant. Room service is available from 07:30 to 22:30. For warm dishes please refer to the restaurant/pizzeria opening hours. The restaurant is also available for business lunches, as well as for family events and large banquets and wedding parties (maximum of 160 seats). Half board is available if you stay at least 3 nights.

By car: - Highway E35 / N2 - Exit Lugano north+south toward Varese/Ponte Tresa - continue on Main Street until Ponte Tresa - left side on the lake. By train: - Stop at Lugano SBB/CFF railway-station - then Taxi to Ponte Tresa ( CHF 40) or in front of Lugano station with the FLP-shuttle train every 20-30 minute (get a 24 hour ticket "giornaliera" - CHF 12) to the last stop after 20 minutes - The hotel is 50 metres away from station. By airplane: - Via Milano-Malpensa-Airport - Shuttlebus to Lugano SBB/CFF railway station (about 1 hour) - Then taxi or FLP-shuttle train to Ponte Tresa - Or via Lugano-Agno-Airport then taxi (10 minutes) to Ponte Tresa
