• Cancellations: If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

The price includes: water, gas, electricity, bed linen, courtesy kit. Towels are available on request for an additional cost. The compulsory final cleaning cost is to be paid on check-in and varies according to type of accommodation. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival and will be refunded at the end of stay, upon inspection of the property

Before you will arrive Stintino you can see on the left a sign for Counrty Village; turn there and follow the street; then you will see the residence.
