In the prestigious seaside village of Scopello, which overlooks the Faraglioni rock-stacks and the ancient Tonnara 300, metres below, this elegant hotel is also close to the enchanting Nature reserve of Lo Zingero.

The hotel is well situated for visiting the most important cultural sites in the area: Segesta; Erice; Egadi Islands; Trapani; Palermo (Monreale); and Selinunte are all within an hour's drive. The hotel also offers the possibility of excursions and boat trips, and the chance to dive on the wonderful natural coast line near Scopello.

The hotel opened in 1969 but was originally founded in the early 1700's, on the site of an earlier Arab castle. Carefully restored, this family-run hotel maintains the traditions of hospitality and fine regional cooking.

By Car: - Take the A29 motorway Palermo - Trapani. - Exit at Castellammare del Golfo. - Follow the SS 187 for Trapani and Scopello. - After 4-5 km, take the right-hand turning signed Scopello. - Continue down past the sea at Guidaloca and continue straight on for 2.4 km to Scopello. - The hotel is easily found in the main square. By Train: From either Alcomo Diramazione or Castellammare del Golfo, take a bus for Scopello. By Air: Falcone-Borsellino Airport (Palermo): 45 km. Birgi Airport (Trapani): 55 km. On request the hotel can organise a car and driver for transfers. The hotel has a non-supervised, free car park. From 15th June to the 15th September a supervised car park is available (additional cost). The village is closed to traffic in the summer months, you can ask for assistance with baggage transfer at reception.
